Take the 4 Frank!! What else could you gain by waiting? Unless you just want to hold some for value I'd get off the whole lot of it. You can retire taking these kinds of middles. Here's to a 3 point win.....

Gob - thanks for the words. Yes I will be around more to talk football with you, you are much sharper than I am in football so hate to get in your way. I don't pretend to be something I ain't, I am still learning in football for the most part.

BTW I don't disagree with you on the USC game, actually I have no opinion either way. That's why I am taking a shot at a nice middle, just risking the juice. Still waiting to get a 14 in the Alabama game too, LOL. I know you like USF in that game and again you may be right. Since going to Division I they are 13-3-1 ATS I think it was. Leavitt knows how to cover a number but he lost a lot on the d-side of the ball. Good luck with the play.

Thanks man for your work, believe me I read your threads on football every day. If I don't have nothing helpful to say I don't say anything. Let's make some money this year.

Never have I been more reluctant to buy back than I was while sitting on Au @ Pk... Perhaps because I wear my heart on my sleeve when it comes to Auburn.

Am glad I did tho...

From an Auburn msg board:

----------------------
"Gaucho"

OK now what? After watching one of the most lopsided, embarrassing losses
since the
Barfeild era what do we do now?

I can understand the team reading too much of their own press and not
focussing on USC being ranked #8. But what do you do when you're outplayed,
outhustled, outsmarted,
and definitely OUTCOACHED.

Rico and Wayne will tell us to keep our heads high but this was a
asswhipping on nationaltelevision that will take several years to redeem. I
can't remember ever seeing an Auburn team quit, but tonight was as close as
I ever want to see.
---------------------------

And....

---------------------------

"Ray Parker"

It's been a while since I've posted here, but after watching the game, I had
to say something.

USC is a good team. Everyone knew that going in to the game. But I
don't believe that they were this good. That game was a travesty of college
football. Poor tackling, poor execution, poor everything. Auburn looked as
if they were totally unprepared to even play a division I-AA team.

Hopefully, things will start to pick up for the team next week at
Georgia Tech, but I wonder how many people are kicking themselves for giving
Tuberville that new contract?

Anybody got 3 million laying around???

Ray

P.S. Am I bashing the team? No. Am I bashing a coach who just thinks he's a
coach? Your damn right I am.
----------------------------

Damn it's tough to coach in the SEC

Can't say I knew USC would win but can't say I am surprised either. Plus once Beaner guaranteed a 17 point Auburn win (at least) I knew it was trouble, LOL.
